Remote Dictation

Our dictation software allows you to:

• Pick up a telephone
• Key in your ‘personal’ security code and password
• Press ’1′ to start transcribing through the telephone
• Use the function keys to fast forward, reverse, pause and listen to your transcription
• When completed, place the telephone down on the handset
• MLSS receives the transcription immediately
• Client advises us by email regarding deadline for the job
• The work is then given to one of our team for completion
• Deadline for the job is met by MLSS
• Work is emailed to the client

Note:  You only need a telephone to use this remote, dictaphone software system; no downloads are required.

Digital Recordings

Our dictation software allows you to:

• Sent by email from the client (or you may wish to upload the file via our website) and MLSS transcribes through the ‘Remote Dictation’ software system above
• Client advises us by email regarding deadline for the job
• Deadline for the job is met by MLSS
• Work is emailed to the client

Note: Work to be sent in formats such as.e.g. mp3 or dss etc

Audio CDs / DVDs

• Client delivers /couriers / posts (or you may wish to upload the file via our website) the required audio CDs or DVDs
• MLSS transcribes through the ‘Remote Dictation’ software (see above)
• Client advises us by email regarding deadline for the job
• Deadline for the job is met by MLSS
• Work is emailed to the client

Note: Work to be sent in formats such as.e.g. mp3 or dss

Mini, Micro or Standard Cassettes

Transcribed and emailed back to the client.

Confidentiality for all work is guaranteed at MLSS.
