MLSS offer their clients an Email / Fax Management service – if they do not have these facilities and/or if they are unable to manage these tasks themselves.
When emails or faxes are received, contact is made to our clients immediately to advise them.
Often our clients request MLSS to respond to correspondence on their behalf.
This can be undertaken by the client dictating this information by telephone or face-to-face and/or allowing MLSS to draft and send out the required email or facsimile.
MLSS will always ensure that the syntax for the correspondence is correct, before sending the email or facsimile to the recipient.
