For Marsha, even though she had been operating her business for the past four decades, this was the first time she had ever written a chapter for a book, which was a collaboration of 45 businesswomen in Australia and around the world, each writing a chapter, with their personal and business experiences.

This book was published in February 2024 and became a No 1 International Best Selling book in US, Canada, UK and Australia in many categories.
